Please choose usernames and graphics which comply with this. We ask that posts be kind and encouraging, or don't respond if a post upsets you and you want to respond in frustration or anger, until you can calm down and be diplomatic.
In the Members Only Forum that addresses serious topics, please limit graphic descriptions. These forums are not accessible until trauma survivors have 10 substantial posts. If you think that your post may trigger others because of content, please put **Trigger Warning** next to your title.
Only 1 account per member please. If you have extenuating circumstances Contact an administrator. We do not delete accounts. Usernames may be changed for significant reasons.
Avoid:
Suicidal plans, threats or intent posts. Seek help by calling 800-SUICIDE, go to Imalive Suicide Prevention Online Chat, or Befrienders Crisis Lines/Worldwide.
Flaming and attacking others.
